Hmm...Yesterday's bbq very wasnt as well as planned as there was heavy rain although it stopped.We met at harbourfront mrt at 1pm before taking the shuttlebus there.We found a quiet spot there and settled there. We played captain's ball,soccer,volleyball,ultimate frisbee..
Then around 6pm, we moved the edge of the beach and started the bbq.Please note that there wasnt any bbq pits in sentosa -_- and we used aluminium trays and put charcoals in it and a grill over it.We had otahs,chicken wings,satay,marshmellow,cheese hotdogs,fried beehoon,fried lice...(:
Now the most interesting part of the whole thing, the journey back home...While we were eating happily and enjoying,the damn rain came...We had to move everything to a bicycle stop's shelter and packed up.I wanted to rush home to catch my England Vs Paraguay match which England won 1-0 in the end through an Paraguay own.
The rain made everyone stuck there.And,we when to change at a toilet a 5 mins walk away although it felt like 50 mins due to the rain.After changing and we were about to leave,i found out that i left my soccer ball there....Then i rushed back while everyone waited for me o.O so dua pai..
Then we saw many 'campers' at the bustop that cut queues and i think there was 3 bus loads of human there.Therefore,some smarty pants decided that we should walk out which we all agreed.Well it seemed short as we needed to cross a brige...BUT,there was alot more then expected and we walked 40 mins to reach there...
Our legs became pig trotters and we took a group photo before leaving the place.Then Soon Kiat and i took bus 855 as we thought that it was only 20 mins at most as there was no one taking this bus also.But,we reached our respective bustop about 30 or 40 mins..Then we also had to walk 10 mins home.
What a journey we had eh? ^_^
