Yesterday,England defeated Paraguay thanks to an own goal by Paraguay.
England performed badly and there were no excuses although they could did not like the hot weather. England was messy and their players were all over the place.Note that i had Gerrard and Carragher in my fantasy soccer team as Carragher performed well in the last few friendly games for England.
Becks started everything when his free kick was deflected by a Paraguay defender and scored an own goal.Gerrard had no chance to perform as he was playing as a holding midfieler yesterday although he had some chances to score.I was hoping for Gerrard to score during the set pieces but Becks took almost all of them.However,Terry was quite ok at the back and Joe Cole was actually very good.Lampard who was playing attacking midfielder had some shots on target and i was actually happy he dint score any of them.
Another thing,The ****ing referee was bias and gave Crouch fouls whenever he touched the ball.I was damn pissed as the referee gave the freekick to Paraguay all the time while players like no.13,Paredes,charged through the England defence like a bull and the referee allowed the play to go on like a ****er.
Owen also lacked match fitness and did not look like the marksman he was before.Luckily,England won the match in the end but were sill bombasted by the newpapers today.

Argentina won their match 2-1 through goals from Crespo and Saviola.Ivory Coast scored through their big and fat Chelski striker Drogba.
Sweden Vs Trinidad&Tobago ended in a 0-0 stalemate with Singapore and Asia's top referee Shamsul Maiden in the game.He gave the 1st redcard of this year's World Cup to the T&T defender no.3 i think.
